Return Period
If you wish to return a product, please do so within 14 days of delivery.
Shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer.
If the return is due to our error, we will bear the shipping costs (cash on delivery).

- Product Delivery Date
- Order Number
- Product Number and Name of item(s) to be returned (see invoice)
- Reason for Return
Refunds
Refunds will be made to the customer’s bank account. The refund process will begin after the returned item has been received by us.

- Items damaged or scratched by the customer
- Items more than 14 days after delivery to the customer
- Items purchased outside this website
Return Shipping Instructions
- Please return items in the same packaging and condition as delivered.
