Refund policy

Returns

  • Requests for returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the product.
  • In the following cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping and handling fees:
    • Returns for items without defects are considered “customer-initiated returns.”
    • Examples of customer-initiated returns:
      • Size does not fit
      • Item differs from expectations
      • Order was placed in error
      • Item is no longer needed/customer changed their mind

Customer-initiated returns are only accepted for unused and unopened items.

1. Reasons for Return

If the return is due to our error, the return shipping cost will be borne by us (cash on delivery). Examples include:

  • Our error in order fulfillment
  • Wrong item received
  • Incorrect quantity
  • Item is damaged or defective
  • Delayed delivery

Please note that we do not accept returns on sale items.

2. Return Process

To request a return, please contact Tokyo Seihan Online Store via email (info@tokyoseihan.com) and include the following information:

  • Please write "Return Request" in the subject line.
  • Please include your name.
  • Date of delivery
  • Order number
  • Product number and name of the item you wish to return (see delivery note)
  • Reason for return

3. Refunds

Refunds will be processed via Shopify Payments or PayPal.

4. Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Items damaged or altered after delivery
  • Items for which more than 14 days have passed since delivery
  • Items purchased from stores other than this website

5. Return Shipping Instructions

Please return the product in its original packaging.

6. Other Notes

  • Exchanges may not be possible if replacement items are unavailable.
  • In such cases, a refund will be issued instead.
