Shipping and Delivery Fee
Shipping Method
- All orders are shipped via DHL.
- Orders placed on Japanese holidays, weekends, or during long holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Fee
Shipping costs are determined based on the destination region and the total weight of your order. All shipping fees are automatically calculated in your local currency at checkout.
Please note that shipping availability and rates may change without prior notice due to global circumstances.
Order Notes / Important Information
- Please enter the full name of the recipient when placing your order. Abbreviations, nicknames, or partial names may cause customs inspections and shipping delays.
- Ensure that your contact information (phone number/email) is valid and reachable. We may contact you to confirm delivery information before shipping.
- Please ensure that you can receive emails from us by checking your email settings.
- Customs duties may apply according to the laws of your country or region.
- Check the country/region guide before placing your order.
- It is the responsibility of the customer to confirm import regulations for the destination country/region before placing an order.
- Some products may require additional time for restocking before shipping.
- Orders will be shipped only after all items are ready, so please check the estimated shipping time on each product page.
Post-Shipment Note
If you refuse to pay customs duties or the package remains unclaimed beyond the storage period, your order may be returned to us or disposed of.
Please note that in such cases, refunds will not be issued.
Delivery Estimate:
North America and Europe: 10–12 business day
Hong Kong: 8–10 business day
Taiwan: 10–13 business day
Courier:
DHL: After we ship your order, DHL will send notifications regarding the delivery status to your email address. These may contain important information, so please check them carefully.
Customs Duties and Taxes
- Any customs duties or taxes must be paid by the importer/recipient.
- The amount of taxes varies depending on the destination country.
- Some countries may impose high taxes, so please confirm the customs regulations and potential fees in your destination country before placing your order.
- We cannot provide estimates of customs duties in advance.
- All international orders are subject to customs and duty fees as defined by the country of import. These fees are not included in your order and/or shipping total
Returned or Disposed Packages Due to Non-Payment of Dutie
- If a package is returned or disposed of due to unpaid duties after shipment, all associated costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
- Decisions regarding return or disposal of packages are made at our discretion.
Shipping Issues
For delivery issues such as undelivered packages, please contact DHL Customer Service and/or our store.
- If you have not received tracking emails or cannot track your shipment, please enter your tracking number on the DHL tracking page, then contact DHL or our store.
- If a package is confirmed lost, compensation is limited and may not cover the full value of the product.
- Once the compensation amount has been determined, we will issue a refund up to the approved amount.
- Refunds beyond the compensation limit will not be issued.
Compensation Details (Based on DHL Standards)
- Compensation Amount: The lower of the market value or declared value, or approximately USD 30 per kg of lost cargo.
- Eligibility: Compensation depends on the delivery conditions and DHL’s instructions.
- Exclusions: Packages lost after being left in unmonitored or unmanaged locations are not eligible for compensation.
Reshipment After Return
- If a package is returned to us for any reason, including unpaid duties, customers must cover all costs for reshipment.
- Reshipment is limited to one attempt per order.
- If payment for reshipment costs is not confirmed within 5 days after our invoice, we will refund the order minus the reshipment costs (if costs exceed the order value, no refund will be issued) and cancel the order.
P.O. Box Deliverie
- DHL does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
- If a P.O. Box is entered as the delivery address, it must be changed before shipment.

Address Change
- Address changes may be possible before the order is shipped.
- If you entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately.
- Address changes after pickup incur a JPY 1,800 fee, payable before processing the change.
- Note that pickup may be completed before shipment notification.
Shipping to the United State
Customs Duties and Taxes:
- Import duties, taxes, and fees may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
- Due to current U.S. regulations, all shipments are subject to customs clearance, and previous de minimis exemptions do not apply.
Prohibited/Restricted Items:
- Certain items may be restricted for export from Japan or import into the U.S.
- If an item cannot be shipped, we will contact you regarding cancellation or alternative shipment option.
